EYELASH AFTERCARE INSTRUCTION

For the protection of your eyelash, skin and eyelash extension, please follow these instructions thoroughly.

Avoid oil-based cleansers around your eyelash. Use cotton tips soaked in makeup remover and gently wipe off eye lines and eye shadow.

Avoid using fuzzy items such as cotton pads.

Avoid using a mechanical eyelash curler. It may cause your lashes to come off or snap.If you wish to curl your eyelash, use heated eyelash curler.

We recommend that you avoid wearing mascara to help your eyelash extensions last longer, but you wish to wear, use only specially formulated eyelash extension mascara or mascara that can be easily removed with warm water.

Avoid sleeping on your face down or with a quilt over your face. Also avoid rubbing your lashes from side to side when washingand wiping your face. These actions may cause your lashes to bend or fall off.

When lashes get less, they tend not to stay up. Use clear mascara or mascara style eyelash essence to maintain a good look.

Lasting duration varies individually. Please note that for those whose natural eyelashes are thin, short, wavy or permed, eyelash extensions tend not to last long.

We highly recommend getting a touch up within four weeks after the first application. The regular “fills” of a small number of lashes is recommended before all of the extensions fall off to maintain a full, lush line.

Do not attempt to remove or cut eyelash extensions by yourself. If you wish to remove them, please contact us and we remove them with specially formulated remover.

If you have any eye problems such as sty, we are not able to provide you with the treatment for the protection of your eyes.

While you have eyelash extensions applied, do not pull or rub your eyelash excessively as it may cause eye injury.

Tell your doctor if you notice discomfort, swelling, itchiness or irritation in your eye(s) or on the tip of your eye(s) even if it is only slightly. You must not rub your eye(s) while you experience these symptoms. Please call us at the same time but we cannot be responsible for any damage or injury resulted from eyelash extension.

We recommend that you use eyelash essence to nourish your natural eyelash and keep your eyelash extensions last longer. (Eyelash essence is available for sale at Shaira Star.)

Please contact our knowledgeable staff should you have any questions.
